  1. There are so many great stories behind these Olympic athletics. There struggles and dedication is very inspiring. I have watched a number of them, but missed this man’s story is one of the best. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I saw this interview and I love this man’s attitude. With all the talk about winning and medals, its easy to overlook the dedication and sacrifices these athletes make. This man qualified for the Olympics! How many people can say that?

  3. A wonderful story and clearly a generous heart. I think the winner who waited at the finish line for almost 20 minutes after the race to shake this gentleman’s hand also deserves a shout out. So refreshing to see good sportsmanship and decency…

  4. YAY!!!! THAT’S WHAT THE NEWS SHOULD BE ABOUT ALL THE TIME. Imagine how that would change EVERYTHING. To see POSITIVE and SELFLESS things instead of death, violence and hatred all the time.
