Now, Now, Now.

now now nowMake up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything. Now is the whole enchilada. Now is the power of me. Now, now, now, now, now… You might as well start somewhere, and it might as well be now. Why not start improving your life now, now, now?

~ Abraham

    1. Smiling. There you go Lori. She not only had to do us 1 better…she dropped an anvil on our heads with her big words and quoting hundred + year old quotes verbatim. She’s now officially back. 🙂

      1. 🙂 That quote was on my mom’s refrigerator for years..If you wanted something to eat, you had to read that quote first..It’s forever etched into my brain (although my mom typically would only invoke the first part of the quote which really used to tick me off)

  3. I need a context. And who is Abraham? I trust this is just a general self-improvement plan (can’t argue with the now, now, now of that) and not a way of trying to live long-term with others.
“…nothing is more important than how I feel now” – if my husband or kids tried to pull that one on me I would go ballistic – and vice versa, I’m sure.
I’m probably reading too much into this.

    1. Jerry Hicks & Esther Hicks are the founders of the Law of Attraction self-help movement. Per wiki: “According to Esther and Jerry Hicks, Abraham is a group of entities that are “interpreted” by Esther Hicks. Abraham has described themselves as “a group consciousness from the non-physical dimension.” They have also said, “We are that which you are. You are the leading edge of that which we are. We are that which is at the heart of all religions.” Abraham has said through Esther that whenever one feels moments of great love, exhilaration, or pure joy, that is the energy of Source, and that is who Abraham “is”.
