“Sveltest”? Never even knew that was a word – but I like it!! So, the best and only day to step on a scale is Friday. Morning. Pre-coffee. Post-preliminary morning ablutions. No clothes. Got it.
No clothes. No shoes. Before shower as extra weight from water not yet towel or air-dried adds up
Exactly! I was trying to politely suggest the one go the bathroom first – but definitely, no shower!!

i knew it! wednesday is looking bright ) and a haircut always helps.
