  1. Sounds right – tho’ a little counterintuitive ’cause if one did all these things, one arguably wouldn’t feel stress. But if you’re feeing stressed and someone tells you to breathe or take a nap – they might just tell you to take a flying leap off a short pier. Just sayin’… 😉

  2. Except for folks with mental illness. Then even low levels of positive stress trigger symptoms. By the time some of us reach “moderate” levels of stress, we’re unable to function at all.
