What happens next?

A good friend shared this with me.  I hit the play button @ 4:30am this morning.  I didn’t think I’d get beyond 30 seconds.  I was wrong.  I was locked in for the entire ride.  Here’s a bit of fun, a lot of nature and a quite bit of awe here…at the end of a long Monday back to work…Enjoy!

  1. Animals have an amazing capacity to play with each other. There is a youtube video out there of a wild polar bear playing with huskies.

  2. I showed this video to my son earlier this evening — he loved it too. (One of the top things on my “things that soothe my soul” list is hearing him laugh) The poem “The Owl and the Pussycat” came to mind. Who knew that the two could actually be friends!

  3. WOW!!! Sometimes a cat…or a bird…has gotta take some risks to have a really fun, interesting, and slightly heart-stopping relationship!!! Love it!!! Thanks, Dave! Will everyone please tell my husband that we should get a bird?

      1. Yes. For now Len is a man who likes to eat birds. But people can change, right?!? What man could really resist having a bird who constantly parrots all the sweet suggestions and requests made by his wife? Ok, maybe not. For Len, it would definitely be a falcon, one of those birds that catches game in the desert and brings it back to his master for dinner. Hmmm. That’s an idea. Maybe I’ll take that angle.

      2. A falcon will be perfect for when Len takes that consulting position with the Morgan Stanley branch in the Sahara. It will be just like the movie Hidalgo except that the falconer will live. It’s hard for Len to call me out on nagging when he can’t even be sure whether I’m serious.
